Problems - what do we do if something unexpected occurs?
At Cat Hole Cottages we do everything possible to ensure you have a marvellous holiday, but we do understand that occasionally things go wrong. If a problem occurs, please let us know immediately and we will do our utmost to work with the Owner / Housekeeper to resolve it. We provide this service in our capacity as Agent, on a goodwill basis only. Please get in touch straightaway, as you will appreciate that complaints made after your occupancy cannot be entertained.
